Well, I do that too, but it's annoying...there must be a way to set it right.

Try double tapping on the shift button then type the password.
this should enable shift lock which you should be able to use while in Chrome(ium)

And to clarify to some earlier posts, Chromium is the open source project, the Project it self is called Chromium. The web browser is still called Chrome.

Unlike your screenshots here, when I first run Chrome the "import settings" checkbox is greyed out, and the inactive list box shows "Impossible" instead of "Mozilla". Anyone else has that ?... Is it importing settings from MicroB or from Fennec ?

I did see the update in extras-devel this afternoon. Had trouble updating the repo though, don't know if it was the repo itself or my carrier acting up. Didn't try the download though as I was on cell data, will do it when I get home.

Definitely not from MicroB, is hasn't ported my bookmarks.
It did ported one bookmark from Fennec, the "getting started" link.

to install version from extras-devel you have to remove libxss manualy as it's replaced by libxss1 - and package is in repository (http://maemo.org/packages/view/chromium/)
