I need for work to get a watch with a second hand or that has a large seconds display. Most bluetooth watches I see are Android or Apple specific, or just show caller ID. I was thinking it would be nice to have one that interfaced with the N900, even if it's only a remote interface for Maelophone.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Or even suggestions for an increased-functionality watch that doesn't neccessarily interface with the N900?

First result is what you're looking for.

Given how different Google results are to everyone, a claim that first search result is what they need is vague at best.

Why not share some more details and warm feelings instead?

Quick reply...
OpenWatch and Sowatch (home) are two apps which might communicate with MetaWatch.
MetaWatch is open source (on GitHub)
Best wishes.
