Does that really surprise you, though?

No.

BTW, see my edit to that post.

Go check out the GPS thread here. The community has identified the root of GPS issues. Expect a formal fix.

I think that it was a slipup from Best Buy's end. It's likely they mislabeled it, as well.

As for complaining about the GPS, no one has any clue if this thing has a bigger hard drive or anything else. All we got is the pic and speculation. Don't be so sour before the harvest.

I'm trying to write the first N810 review at Bestbuy.com, but the damned editor won't allow spaces between my paragraphs (I even tried BR tags). WTF????

EDIT: okay, for now I just used dashes where I wanted paragraph breaks. But-- geez.

I don't recall a singular issue being pointed out. Just a bunch of very well educated directions.

Actually a date/time issue WAS singled out as probable cause, and testing appears to have confirmed that.

Thoughtfix thinks the ad says "N830". I could be persuaded to agree, but the image is rather low res.

Now, where did I put my TV law enforcement resolve-one-pixel-to-a-print-resolution-license-plate software?

It says N810. The "1" has serifs.

I'm nothing like a Best Buy fan, but in their defense Nokia's own web site lumps the Internet tablets in with phones too.
