I didn't mean you, but rather "vi_" because he already asked in another thread a guy with a N950 what he has developed for Harmattan that should grant him the N950.

I highly appreciate that Nokia even handed the N950 out to some developers. I'm currently also in the early stages of developing my first application for Harmattan (or my real first app ever) and as much as I'd love to have a N950, I know I can't and that's fine. I can do the development equally good on my N9 (and my second one is on its way already - I payed for both and didn't get gifted anything and am not jealous that others have a N950).

http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_n950-3997.php

If you remove the :
"- QWERTY keyboard
- Multi-touch input method
- Proximity sensor for auto turn-off
- Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate
SOUND Alert types Vibration, MP3 ringtones
Loudspeaker Yes
3.5mm jack Yes"

if they have a good return policy somebody with money can try to buy one, and it is a fake, return it.

EDIT: I been in the web some time and I found one more reason why I think it is fake : You cant see info about them...there isnt a section like "contact us" or "about us"...you cant reclaim to anyone if is fake.
Do you all think that rest of mobile phones are fakes too?

yes, it is a typical scam webshop.
sell as much as you can (also using email and forum spam) and then don't deliver.
you as customer have to use Western Union or MoneyGram, so you won't see your money again.

There are no Nokia N950 anywhere in the world that anyone would sell. Period.

edit: as said before in this thread, all N950 were made in Finland, so no, there are no hidden warehouses in china or malaysia.

and @vi_: I have a N950 and I'm not a developer. So what?

I will wait for the answer of your malasyan friends

This web is strange...a n950...cheaper than N9, and things like X7 cheaper than an E7...

If I honestly, maybe I am a fool but I still having doubts about their legit...I have a lot of faith xD

Really?
You're still wondering if they're legit?
1. They're using a stock webshop
2. They don't have any contact information
3. They require you to use Western Union
4. They claim to have lots of N950 in Malaysia (very, very few are there, as said, produced in Finland, the majority are still there and in Germany)
5. They claim to have N950 (very, very few are in the hands of people at all)
6. They claim to sell N950 (nobody would sell it, even if allowed)
7. They use photos from other people (take "their" photos and perform a google image search)
8. They have poorly removed the "NOT FOR SALE DEVELOPER DEVICE" text with paint or similar from the back of the N950. "Their" photo Click Reggies photo: Click flickr or Click direct
9. They have a strange pricing
10. Do you need more reasons?

They're fake as fakes can be.
