A Nokia n950 replacement display can be obtained here:

I asked them if the information on their webpage is really correct. This is their response which I got today:
"... Yes, I can confirm that the Nokia N950 is the special developer's phone, and not a marketable retail phone. The LCD Display we sell is for this exact phone.
These are special order items which come directly from Nokia overseas, so please do allow additional time for delivery upon ordering..."
I just ordered one so this may going to take a while.

Alternatively you can ask UK Repair for a price. They'll replace the LCD screen for you.
