Search the wiki for "flashing" and then reflash your phone according to the instructions. That is probably the easiest way but you will loose all your applications (hopefully you have made backup of your data).

what do you mean the kernel wasn't working? 0_o
i,ve downloaded that enhanced kernal and then coonky and that CPUfreq thingy , and coonky and cpufreq is working but that kernal one wasn't and it was showing some deinstalling icon in menu , i opened it but it gave any error , i reboot my phone and it keep on rebooting again and again
crap , now what ?
please i need help asap !
