Is there any way to manually add additional webcomic websites into Buoh? And is there a specific format the webpage must adhere too for it to show up in Buoh?

Probably - the sites are described in an XML file but they all point to one site. If that site doesn't have the comic you're looking for, then i don't know.

EDIT: I'm taking my words back - you can, look in this file:

/usr/share/buoh/comics/comics.xml


for instance to get PvP online to work, you need to change its address to:

http://www.pvponline.com/comics/pvp%Y%m%d.gif

Great port Bundyo! Thanks very much. One thing I have not been able to figure out though, is how to hide the comic list. You note that it's the escape key. Erm, where is that exactly?

Bundyo it works in Diablo just fine as long as you add libsoup library. One question how do you go about changing the address above in PVP comic? I'm not familiar with /root enough. Do you create a text file and somehow copy and paste. Care to elaborate? TIA

is just a text file, you can open it with a text editor in a terminal (or if you have graphical) and edit it.

The problem with the keys is that they are not global - they work if you press on the list first for instance.

Bundyo, thanks I'm using emelfm2 to edit. Your instructions worked like a charm using Emelfm2.

For newbies to Emelfm2. Go to app manager and load Emelfm2. Then reboot. Then go to x-term and go into root by typing sudo gainroot, hit enter. Then type Emelfm2, hit enter. Then on left screen go to usr file then share, etc... this is the path to get to the comics '/usr/share/buoh/comics/comics.xml'. Once you see it hit the icon on left that looks like papers its your editor. Once in be very careful to the changes you make and save. Close out of Emelfm2 then xterm. and open Buoh. Done. The thread below has a great diagram of Emelfm2 and all the icons. Be very careful Emelfm2. You can really mess up your system. Enjoy.
