qmood is a client for accessing Stereomood content.
Stereomood is a pretty awesome service which crawls music blogs and indexes their contents.
This music is usually available through the player on their website - this requires flash, however.
Anyway, long story short: my N900 broke. I was stuck with a shitty Symbian^3 device as the N9 was yet to be delivered. I hacked together a rudimentary API implementation in C++ in a few evenings time and used that as my mobile music platform.
Along came the N9 and I decided to write a proper client and qmood is the fruition of that decision. I rewrote a more solid API-implementation and wrote a QML interface to go along with it.
So... my first foray in writing an interface in QML, so bash the interface all you want - you should've seen the crap I had running on Symbian ;-).
TL;DR: Want to stream free music on your N9? Grab qmood and tell me what you think.
