Well, I certainly am unable to be first in line as I live in the US, but is this phone going to work on US carriers? Will it have LTE capability in US. Will it look and behave like a linux distribution? That is, if I open a terminal and go to root directory will I see heart warming words like bin, mnt, lib, media? Will I be able to modify and compile a program and run it without having to have it signed (I hate this about android)? Sorry, if I haven't kept up on this but if the the answers is yes to most of these queries and there is nothing else like this in the horizon I'd be happy to contribute to Finnish economy in the near future even if I'm a bit late and not first!

3G for sure, I believe even US operators cannot lock you out from their networks. LTE, maybe? I cannot say for sure as I have no experience on your LTE networks.
