Hi All

Don't know what happened but just replaced my screen with a new one (done this before without any issue) and now i can only unlock my phone by pressing the pwr key.

Double tapping doesnt work...
The standby clock is also not shown anymore...
In settings panel, double tapping and standby screen are activated.
Played with them as well but no luck. Disconnected the battery for a couple of minutes.

No clue what would have caused this?
Someone over here having a clue?

Thanks!

It would be pretty funny if this is LCD, I wonder, could LCD work with controllers for Amoled? Well...Chinese can do everything work.

Its an original N9 screen. Bought a couple of n9s just to have some stock

What's the package of standbyscreen or where to find?

When a new message comes in the standbyscreen works but it's the black (clock only) screen that doesnt seem to work...

Try:

Code:
apt-get install system-ui-screenlock-nokia --reinstall
I'll find others too first try the above...

Try meegotouch-lock-screen-settings-001 too

Well this sounds exactly the same as a previous thread....
N9 screen/sleep mode issue please help!!

The consensus was that it would be the proximity sensor, although Sonu never updated the thread on whether that was actually the case and if it got fixed.
But yeah, maybe double check that the screen works properly with the unit it came from, check connections etc.
