I think I figured out my problem. I have two sticks 4GB RAM installed. I think one of those got defective because I am also having blue screen errors. it says memory management. I tried to boot to windows diagnostics tools and diagnose each stick and I was right. anyone has any idea if I stil can fix a defective ram or this is good as garbage?

just switch ram positions in your cpu.. that should do.. randomly use CCleaner to clean off unwanted things from your computer.. that should do
