Haha, I was doing the same, but I'm still not finished.

But I don't care we're duping efforts, it's great that you're helping!

Thank you!

Interesting enough, here no one wants to abandon N900 nor whatsapp ... by now it's more than simple im, it's true it is like calls or sms and maybe the protocol should be opened cause almost 1 billion people use it...
Anyway I hope this is last protocol change/problem, at least in 2015..

While we are at it... where are the source files for Yappari's latest versions? I have checked the Maemo Extras pool and I can't find any version above 1.1.51 even though my current installed version is 1.5.55.
Am I looking in the right place?

Check the first page of this post. Atm Yappari is not working, so hold on for another possible version.

Hi, coderus!

Naikel/Scorpius has just written me to tell me you have a probably up to date codebase of Yapparis' Whatsapp/ directory. I am reading yowsup code and porting the changes that are needed to Yappari, but if you already have them... there's no use in having three of us doing exactly the same.

I'd propose a Whatsapp group chat to talk about development, but given the circumstaces it may be better an IRC channel? I'll be at #yappari on irc.freenode.net

Regards!
