I can't say this image revealed much. Is it a box? Is that the device? Juiceme mentioned it is running linux, that would not be big surprise. Another Android box for your TV would be disappointing.

As for why they are on Slush. Slush has grown quite a bit and is now held in Messukeskus this year. So if they are looking to announce device at this time in Finland, this is the place to do it.


Granted it is a startup event and Nokia is not a startup company. Though I doubt the people of Aalto university who are behind the nonprofit event were going to say no to Nokia.
