I buy my n900 from somebody.

Last 2 mouths ago, i use it my n900 on Rogers Network canada

my phone works fine and noproblem whit sim card or others.

Now i finish my contract whit this rogers network.

I get new contract whit Telus canada

i put my sim card in n900 but nothing works now.

Its shure Telus supposely work in 850 and 1900 egsm so

My n900 is locked!

but is not locked from rogers so iam lost

i can provide my IMEI number but i dont know from wich carer or network its from first

any way to know from where this n900 be locked? Or any ''hard way'' to unlock?

cause now without the carrier network its from locked from first....iam not able to find my unlock code properly bymyself

any software or hack tricks for unlock the n900 when you dont know the carrier who locked the device?

TX to the clue if you have it

What do you mean it's locked? Is the SIM card not recognized or are you just not getting reception?

some older sim's have been known to not work in the n900.you could ask you provider to send you a new one.

If you don't mind losing your data just flash the Global Firmware (search wiki for "flashing").
