Hi to all.
Guys, someone know how to disable editing option on the homescreen? In other words, how i can LOCK homescreen icons?
We have this optioin in the n900..

Define editing? As in removing directly from the HS with the red x?

Yes, i want to disable this option, because sometime i pressed and move icons by mistake.. Or friend, that don't know what to do, will do long press etc..

We have this option on the n900, and i want this option on n9..

In other words, How do you 'LOCK' the home screen icons? - I think thi is what the OP wants....

Well if the icon is placed manually in the /usr/share/applications folder it doesn't give the option to delete. I noticed this when I first created my app on device. just copy desktop file, edit the desktop name and delete original, it should do it

No.. I want directly disable this editing option on the home screen like in n900.
