2012 gave us lots of greats device. What is the device of the year?

... And a happy new year. 2013 will kick off great with CES January 8 with lots of 1080p devices. Let's hope for atleast one with hardware keyboard...

Tizen and jolla will fight a hard battle.

So save your money.

And yeah... My favorite device of the year is... Nexus 7 3G - just becouse it is so cheap.

I think The Best Device of the Year is.... (drumroll)... Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

It is very ergonomic
It has the best screen on the market (very bright, deepest blacks, icons look like on glass surface, largest pocketable screen, RGB, 16:9 ratio, 720p).
It has great specifications (processor, storage, radios, battery)
It has the best operating system (for its purpose)
It has very nifty features (like various gestures, camera and S Pen)
And it fulfils duplicate roles (phone, camera, music player, gps, tablet)

The only (worthwhile) improvements to it I can think of are:
- Miracast (incoming update)
- Bezellessness
- Front Stereo Speakers
- Built in Kick Stand
- On-screen navigation buttons (S-Pen compatible!!!)
- Rearrange button placement
- Useful accessories (eg Gamepad-Dock for console-like gaming on the go)
(eg Laptop-Dock for Atrix/Transformer/Surface like productivity)

I don't think increasing the screen size, resolution, megapixel count and storage are going to make it much better. Though improvements could be made to the processor quality (A15), camera sensor (like 808/L920), and radio strength (make the kickstand double as the antenna to boost mobile signal)

Samsung galaxy note 2 is da best device of the year so i hope for next year a note2 with hardware keyboard and i also know that its only dream
