@tamerbatar:

Hi, looks like you've got what everyone else wants!

Could you please tell me if, when you close an app (and you only had one running, say calculator, and nothing else) do you still get sent to the dead end of "Nothing open yet" view, or does it send you more helpfully to the app view?
Thanks!

Hi tamerbatar,
normally you can backup your phone and all settings, contacts and applications with the inbuild backup-app, this can be restored later. Your pictures, videos and music must be copied to another storage,

hope this helps and thank you for sharing your experiances with us

thanks. looks like there is no solution without flashing the phone... (unless nokia restores the unreleased pr1.2 repository)

I will just wait for official pr1.2 release and enjoy what I have.

I guess it's my fault... I should have enabled developer mode as soon as I got the phone.

I doubt anything has changed regarding the positioning of the WiFi icon - more likely just a case of the Operator name being redacted (hidden) in the screenshot. That big black space between the Battery level and WiFi icon, that's where the Operator name should appear. The horizontal positioning of the WiFi icon is dependent on the width of this Operator name.
