before using apt-get uou always should do
apt-get update
oh, you didn;t knew that? sadly...

@flavy69 controlling regulatory domain is the most popular feature of iw
@Van-ess i see no real need in GUI batch installation tool. If you recently falshing and reinstalling same applications you should write simple scripts for yourself. it's very easy.

At all is not the same as not good enough - learn difference!

Edit: gdebi installed and... 'strange' GDebi shows up below Dpkg!

Problem is not (only) reading but maybe more understanding!
