I found the gconf config file for the display lock. Where it says touchscreen_keypad_autolock_enabled what should I alter in order to disable autolock?

The data looks like this:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<gconf>
<entry name="tklock_double_tap_gesture" mtime="1345707064" schema="/schemas/system/osso/dsm/locks/tklock_double_tap_gesture"/>
<entry name="touchscreen_keypad_autolock_enabled" mtime="1345707064" schema="/schemas/system/osso/dsm/locks/touchscreen_keypad_autolock_enabled"/>
</gconf>

make a backup of the file then can you try deleting the whole entry?

Also random question:
Sometimes when the N9 is in a signal deadzone for a while, it has a hard time reacquiring a signal when you return to a signal area. Would lowering the value BELOW here fix that?

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<gconf>
<entry name="gprs_no_coverage_timeout" mtime="1338054505" schema="/schemas/system/osso/connectivity/network_type/GPRS/gprs_no_coverage_timeout"/>
<entry name="gprs_roaming_permission" mtime="1338054505" schema="/schemas/system/osso/connectivity/network_type/GPRS/gprs_roaming_permission"/>
<entry name="network_modules" mtime="1338054505" schema="/schemas/system/osso/connectivity/network_type/GPRS/network_modules"/>
<entry name="idle_timeout" mtime="1338054478" schema="/schemas/system/osso/connectivity/network_type/GPRS/idle_timeout"/>
</gconf>

@F2thaK

Thanks. Are you referring to tweak BB: Screen blanking ON/OFF? Because I don't mind if the screen goes completely blank just as long as I don't have to unlock it similar to the N900 behavior.

Yup i think lowering the value there should help but can you check the schema too?

Tweak BB -Disabling Screen blanking although may resolve my issue of not having the N9 autolock, it does so at the cost of leaving the display on the whole time.

I remember setting my display timeout to 1min so I multiplied the above value in the first post of 1345707064 by 3 in order that the display timeouts in 1 min and the phone will thus only autolock after 3 mins which is perfect for me. Will let you know if it works.

Ugh, didn't work. The display timed out by 1 minute and autolocked as well.

You mean removing the entry in the gconf file didn't work?
