Holy Moly! I am a fairly computer literate person (I build and troubleshoot hardware on both desktops and laptops), and yet I am getting nowhere with this simplest of problems!

All I want to do at the moment is update my Nokia 770 to the latest OS in order to get 2GB RS-MMC support. I go to the Nokia website, in particular: http://www.nokiausa.com/A4410232

Well, this seems the most logical place to go, and yet there is no download link on the page to download the "Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard"!! This is crazy I'm thinking.

Then I figure that I could at least install the .NET 2.0 redistributable, and so I click on Nokia's .NET link which takes me to the correct microsoft page...but when I click on the "Download" button, I get the following message from microsoft: "We’re sorry, but we were unable to service your request......"

Would appreciate any advice in order to maintain my sanity.

that tablets-dev link just takes me to the os images. I was looking for the Nokia Software Updater...

Now, if you could point me to a tutorial on how to make use of those images, keeping in mind that I do not have a linux pc, that'd be helpful.

Thanks.
