Is there any way to get a package removed from extras?

There is x11proto-input-dev 2.0.3 from meego which doesn't install cleanly and should be removed from the repos. I asked for it at least two times iirc and to no avail

There was Aapo's python3 which was misnamed. We asked for removing it but with no success. In the end I was forced to fool the system by incrementing the version.

Yes they can be removed.
Best to bring this to the attention of someone on the Council so it can be forwarded on to the correct person.

If you post a link to the packages pages here I will try to mention it next meeting, if I am available.
