I have a similar problem installing from Extras. The error message I get is:

Conflict with application packages:
python2.5-qt4-network(4.7-maemo7)
python2.5-qt4-webkit(4.7-maemo7)

Any suggestions? Was looking forward to seeing how well this competed with Witter.

I solved the installation problem myself in this way, using XTerminal, typing:

Code:
sudo gainroot
to become root, then trying to clean up the package system with:

Code:
apt-get update
apt-get -f install
the output suggested I should call apt-get autoremove
in order to get rid of some illumination-lib, so I did it:

Code:
apt-get autoremove
Now ready to install Khweeteur, this time I did not fire up AppMan but just typed:

Code:
apt-get install khweeteur
Mission successful... no more errors.

Thanks! That worked for me, although I did not need the penultimate step:

Code:
apt-get autoremove
Much obliged to you for your solution.

I sometimes get this error 'khweeteur: network error occurred' when the the application is refreshing or when i send a tweet. I have version 0.0.52-1 installed. What could be the problem?

Could anyone please clarify this? Does notification in khweeteur refer to incoming tweets notifications e.g. the way incoming emails or text message notification works? Thx.

HELP! I've just accepted the Khweeteur update to my phone - and while I can send to my Twitter account, I cannot see anything coming through.

I don't know how to progress!

HELP - I JUST WANT IT TO WORK!

Tried switching off GPS and switching on serialisation - fixed...

Someone REALLY needs to write some online docs for this app..
