Do you think there will/could be convergence with portable gaming consoles - like the GP2X, PSP or Nintendo - and internet tablets? Will we see a device that performs well in internet browsing, mobile communications, PIM software, and also has the power and the controls for action-packed games as well? Or will gaming consoles always be dedicated products?

Isn't it a question of business model? Game consoles are cheap and financed by expensive games. Internet tablets get free software from the Net.

Since all of those consoles and handhelds seem to be going to wireless/internet multi-play, I would suppose that at some point they would have a decent browser for connecting to servers and getting scores and all of that.
