Welll...

When was the last coding competition, 2012?
When coding competition 2015 arrives, would it be possible to have an additional category for Hildon-ised apps? Like, XPaint or Navit? Just so that people would not forget the comfort of using the same predictable GUI everywhere?

Similarly, there is desperate need for Glacier-based apps on Nemo Mobile.

And, how is it going with N8x0?

Also, bad timing considering all the donations going on right now, but there will be funds needed for coding competition - prizes. Be it Neo900, N900, N950, N900, N8x0, N1, or Jolla.

To make things easier for developers, there should be:
1. Proper documentation on setting up development environment from scratch;
2. Testers who are ready to install alpha-beta-software and tell whether it works or not, asap.

Best wishes.

You are the councilor. All eyes are on you. Make it happen man, if possible.

Is it official that coding competition is going to be there in 2015? and yes those two points are the necessities to keep this community alive, coz many new users who know coding can help.

Point to be noted. Seriously.
