i dont know why but i faced the same kinda problem two days ago when this site was down totally .i tried on my N900 and then on my laptop .I couldnt access maemo.org for more than 4 hours .Is it alarming ?

yes is it alarming. I feel like making a copy of entire repositories devel/testing etc on my laptop. Is there any place I can download all packages with dependencies and source from? I dont know how to do it so help is most welcome.
