Did you reboot after the re-installation? Anything you did before that message started appearing? Any camera-related apps you installed before it?

I have faced such a problem while fiddling around with some GPS settings.
@OP: Did you do something similar?

I don't exactly remember what did I do and how did I fix it

uninstalled all third party camera apps.......typed in terminal.....restrtd....again same prblem.....

just through out this problems 3 days ago
thought its connected with my custom theme

end up with full flashing

if you no interest in geo-tagging, you could turn it off gps in settings

for once can you try opening terminal and typing camera-ui
