Well you will need to have a fully charged battery...
If you want to flash only the kernel you will need to flash only the FIASCO image with the flasher-3.5...
Read carefully the instructions and do what it says and maybe(?) it will work..
(but personally I don't think it will work
)

yes i used the command.
but whilst pressing U the pc does not regonise the device, it tries to install drivers but fails
sudo ./flasher-3.5 -F firmware.bin --flash-only=kernel -f -R
