@smarsh I think that this would be kind of doubling already existing FAQs and Wiki's to which the greeter can just point.
True, yes. The only reason I suggested it is that the answers inevitably will become part of the core knowledge, a tag just makes it easier to find them.

Then, we need someone to handle the FAQs (I will if you like) and monitor the answers and make sure the two reflect each other, if that is necessary.

To put it another way: As a greeter, I would try to point to the proper FAQ answer first. IF there wasn't one, I'd try to answer. Eventually, that answer MAY become part of the FAQ, if you see what I mean?

How about Guia?

I think greeter sounds too much like the hostess at Hooters. It could be something cooler, like calling them "sherpas". Just another idea. I'm full of them...

I'm not exactly a prolific poster, but then again I don't have many ways to contribute so having this sig is the very least I can do. Will keep track of how the program develops..

PS: The extra language is Swedish. Feels slightly sillly since I can't imagine a single Swede coming here not being relatively fluent in English. I guess it might feel more familiar and welcoming though..

I played around with the layout a bit in attempt to try make the links more readable, pls comment. Can't really add anything more to it as it takes literally all 1000 characters with the coding...

EDIT: I still feel that it's too long.

I left the description in original English, but it could be interesting having those links in different languages Let's start it!
