I'm leaving my rotten fruits at home. They'll still be in school.

For reasons beyond my control, I'm going to have to drop out of Maemo Summit and won't be able to use the sponsorship, as much as I want to go.

My money situation's so tight right now that I just can't do it, even with room and board paid for. On top of that, my company is moving me around the same time.

Please give my sponsorship over to another deserving member of the Maemo community. Thanks for choosing me. Maybe next year. I'm sorry.

By the way... a quesiton for Jaffa: do we have an official approved/rejected list (except this one you published: http://bleb.org/software/maemo/ar.html ) of people being sponsored for the Summit?

First pass of rejections have been sent out. I want to tweak the text that gets sent with an approval, to explain about the travel agent etc. - but that requires a code change in midgard.

The thing to note is that a rejection removes the whole registration. If someone is rejected for sponsorhsip they have to re-register if they wish to attend without sponsorship.
