I kind of don't like the auto aim. We can actually move the screen by touching but it ain't as fast. If it was faster we wouldn't need auto aim.

to reach the menu screen in-game, you need to press the "=" key, so blue-arrow + "=".

How do people with azerty keyboards go to the menu? Azerty keyboards on the N900 do not have = sign (which sucks imo). Is there any way to reconfigure the button?

I have a question/ Proposal for someone who has OpenAreana at home.

Could someone set up a server so that we can play against N900 users.

When I join normal servers I get killed to easy by PC users.
It would be awesome if we have a Maemo/N900 server to kill each other on?

What do people think of this?

DISABLE AUTOAIM:


in file /home/opt/openarena/baseoa/autoexec.cfg

at the bottom, change the section shown below

set the numbers (default: 1) to 0 (zero)

Code:
set aim 0
//set shoot 0

---


DISABLE ACCELEROMETER:


in file /home/user/.openarena/baseoa/q3config.cfg

near the bottom, change the section shown below

set the numbers for both "seta accel_epsilon_#" (default: 100) to 9999 as shown:

(do the same with "seta accel_jump" to disable jump)

Code:
seta accel_jump "-1300"
seta accel_epsilon_x "9999"
seta accel_epsilon_y "9999"

It works really smooth and playable I'm impressed, I personally prefer it without accelerometer!
