Hi

i feel opera renders and reflows text much better than Micro B

my question is opera has a way to change the zoom level so when we single click on the text it zooms to that levels.

but with Microb when you double click on a text it zooms to like 200 percent i think, it covers the entire screen and you cant see anything except those 4 to 5 lines.

is there a way to change that zoom level

thanks

I think Opera is better. But I still use microb for some stuff. How much it zooms depends on the web page. Just use the zoom button to adjust the zooming (the volume button).

when double-tapping, i guess microB attempts to zoom to a level where the paragraph of texts (which u tapped) will occupy the screen width.

btw, is 10.1 beta the latest version of Opera in N900?

Yes it does occupy the entire screen width which is like 200% or more than that while Opera zooms levels can be set.

yes opera 10.1 is the latest

I just think that MicroB is so much better integrated with the bookmarks on the N900, Opera or Fennec or Chrome or any other browser doesn't measure up.

Opera also have a good bookmark option.

Also Opera has tab browsing, integrated keyboard which is better than FastSMSEvo at the moment and single touch zoom.

Offcourse MicroB is able to do Flash and can open any website which other browser cannot even think.

But for everyday browsing and features i still think Opera is better.

One other method of zooming in Micro B is by making a circular motion with your finger.

Thank you guys, i know different ways to zoom in and zoom out.

Circular motion is not use friendly.

Anyway i hope that the microb is not hard coded and CSSU may be able to bring tabbed browsing and change the code so to bring in a better zoom levels to micob

upon double tapping, microb zooms attempts to fit the html object you tapped on.

if it's a div box it will fit the div, or it will to a paragraph...

once you understand that and know a little bit about web design, microb's zooming becomes much more useful
