My N9 dropped down water about 30s. I pick it up, scour, press power button and screen display lockscreen but i can't do anything on screen. Then i hold power button to turn it off and remove the sim card.....It auto boot on and reboot loop. I left the phone in a box of rice.

Do my N9 will act normally? I'm worry...
Sorry my bad English....

you should know that when you drop a cell phone or other gadget in water you should NEVER EVER turn it on afterwards. You should immidiatelly take of the battery wipe off as much water as you can and then leave it to rest in a sealed container of rise for at least 48 hours. You never know what damage will be done by water and electricity on your gadget until after it dries out. I totally understand your agony

Other than rice, try get some silicone gel, the type used with Thirsty Hippo or similar brands, put the phone in it for a week. Yeah, a week. Then get a tech to open it up to take out the battery.

My Nokia E6 was drenched in water for 15 min(laundry). I thought it was a goner. Memory card, sim card still worked. 2 weeks in silicone gel, hey presto, came back to life, the touchscreen still responsive. Only the battery was gone.

If you know how, take out the battery. If not, have Nokia Care take it out, then continue to put it in silicone gel. Hope your N9 survives fully functioning

If the phone is dropped in water, try this, if you have distilled water wash it in that, if not skip the Distilled water bit, then take some rice and seal the phone in a bag with rice. Rice absorbs water Let it dry at room Temp,

do not use use heating to dry it because what could happen is that, the metals will expand, then when it cools down they shrinks again and the phone will not work as well because they are out of their place.

Never turn it ON this will corrode the metals in the phone because of the electricity flowing through it. so let it dry first.
