I always search for "tablet" in my local Phoenix Craigslist and came across this guy:

His name is Mike. He seems nice enough and legit (I asked him why he was selling it just for curiousity - he prefers his iPAQ.)

I don't have $300 cash handy or I'd pounce on it myself for a special project I have planned.
