Perhaps something has changed on the server side. Now everything is running well.

blueutilz update has been reporting that since before the repository "storm" so it' not related to that. I keep meaning to report it but keep getting sidetracked

We're not quite there yet...

Still the same error I've had for the last 36 hours - if it's not extras-devel it will be extras, and if not extras it will be repositories.maemo.org:

Code:

Try clearing your log and checking your directories to see if a previous attempt left an "archive" folder...

Maemo Extra's is on it's face currently... Through App Manager it will just say download corrupt, because any file that's downloaded right now just gets this returned :

The service is temporarily unavailable. We are very sorry for the inconvinience it may cause.
So when App Manager tries to get a deb file from there like say Quiver:

http://repository.maemo.org/extras/p...19-1_armel.deb

That's what gets sent to it... neat...

I wonder if the problem we have is not a new bug in the new version of OS2008... so many errors for all the users who updated to the new OS...

Anyone with OS2007? Do you guys have same problems with the repos those days?

I would almost guess Nokia is hosting the Extra repositories on a Windows server.
