Hi,

This is definitely a very newbie question. I've recently decided to go from my N900 to a N9 - not sure if I will regret this decision in long run :-). But I'm also a bit lost about some rather basic things.

So, I'm not entirely sure where non-Nokia apps for the N9 are hosted. I.e. where is the equivalent of the extras-repository for the N9? Is still at the Linux Foundation site - http://apps.formeego.org/ - or is there another more "sustainable" source that still believes in Meego :-). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try MeeCatalog from nokia store. After installing it just add repositories with "well known catalogs" button on settings.

It's apps.formeego.org and it is not affiliated with Linux Foundation. It's operated by the same people who operate Maemo extras repositories.

Unfortunately I don't think it is as complete as Maemo extras. I find me often checking a bunch of threads here on TMO just to see if some of my (numerous) favourite apps have been updated by their dev. :/ And no way to add "favourite" threads on TMO, unfortunately. :[

the problem is that there is not repo for libs beside mine I try to maintain alone on my free time :
