It has been long time since there is no update from NITDROID team.

If any one knows what is happening please pass on the information.

OR IF NITDROID IS DEAD please confirm

Thanks

I have searched all threads.
All people are just discussing how to install and uninstall and problems facing in installation.

But there is no thread which communicate the status of NITDROID

So i Guess It is DEAD ?????????

IMO the only cool thing about Nitdroid is that it CAN be done. We all know that it can be done by now, so why bother anymore?

On the other hand, the really tricky part, like basic phone functionality, has not been done, so we don't really know for sure if Android on the N900 CAN be done afterall, not really.

So I guess it is not dead, only trying to figure out how to get it working.

Didn't gingerbread just get released? I think so.. I'm SURE I'm using it.
Didn't they just release the 5th patch/update to gingerbread?

A week before that - 0.0.9 (ver 2.2.1)...

VERY SLOW, but by no means DEAD.

The Nitdroid team is focusing all attention on the N900, since its capabilities are better than the N8x0 series. Howevere, 0.0.8 is easily installable on N8x0.
