Hi All,

is there an emulators in maemo sdk like symbian,j2me etc where i can see my prgramme running n can use the keys???

Actually what i m geting is a simple window (xserver) where there are no keys to operate......

So is something to be downloaded which will look just like N900 for running my programme on desktop???

Hi,

it seems that you forgot to start the framework within the scratchbox. Note that this just works in the X86 target. If you have the Xephyr window running try *in* the scratchbox:

Code:
_X86: ~] >export DISPLAY=:2
_X86: ~] >af-sb-init.sh start
This should help. In the wiki you find detailed information about this and general things around the SDK.

Thanks for ur response.

Actually i getting the emulator but in this question i m not getting the option for keys handling ie there are no keys display like the emulators in j2me or symbian or brew.

so is there any method to get that type of emulators which looks same like our mobile phone in this case N900.
