Dear
This program to change or to make a new wireless network in the event if your network and Wireless does not accept proxy
But for the browser when you want to use
Catalogs must be disabled to use the browser or use the program the onion router to can use it
And also should not limit the use of proxy in the settings

Today I could able to find a solution to the problem is not updated catalogs
And eventually became the catalogs are certainly all you have to do to put a proxy in connection settings that you are using
