The answer's in the question...try

# apt-get install python-pygame=1.9.1release-0maemo1

You also look like you've only half installed CSSU and that your apt and apt-transport-https are out of date.

With the disclaimer that doing this may break stuff I would be sorely tempted to fix the broken package, update apt, update kernel-power, reinstall mp-fremantle-community-pr, apt-get update, and then - with caution - apt-get -s upgrade and see what it would do. That'll either kill or cure it...

after i flashed my phone with vanilla package i started installing the applications. and while cssu package installation it wasn't installed properly. and since then i am getting this log in xterminal

i tried reinstalling cssu features and the python package but it's still there. can someone help me resolve this. also i am a windows guy. so I am not to familiar with linux terminology so when you give me a resolution can you be more specific with step by step commands?

Looks to me like you were testing any of those 'patches', that most of the more knowledgeable people around warn about since years.

If so, only a full flash of Vanilla EMMC and Combined firmware image according to this wiki article http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware will revert those 'patches'. Read the article carefully and use the instructions for your OS of choice. Make sure to flash Combined first, then Vanilla, then again Combined again.

This was my first thought, but $USER has just reflashed?
*patch(es) are known not to un-install cleanly so a full eMMC, Root and Opt clean is required as above.

Thank you very much for your response. I really appreciate it.

But when I bought this phone I was told not to do a combined flash since this phone was imported from UK and unlocked for India use. So doing a combined flash might lock the phone again and etc etc.. I'll loose the phone. Is that true? will I be able to do a complete flash and if it locks, unlock it for India use?
