Have been informed by Nokia store that the new version v1.1.0 is approved. So it should can get the update notification on your phone.
Here is the Changelog

- Added support for blocking notification on the lockscreen/homescreen and in the status bar
- Added support for blocking private number
- Added support for diverting to another phone number when call blocked
- Added support for edit Blacklist/Whitelist? item and schedule list item
- Fixed "sound ring once" bug, block call, no sound
And again, any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

The version v1.1.1 is a patch version, in which I just made optimization and bug-fix. And the changelog is here:
* Fixed blocking SMS failed under some contidtion.
* Fixed clicking blacklist button show whitelist page
off-topic: I don't like N9's app manager and Store, becaue It is hard to get the apps' release note/changelog in it, even through the developers have summited their apps WITH release note every time. Too inconvenient...

Advanced Profile-> Call Block Mode-> Permit Whitelist
(At least that's how mine is set up)
