I updated to the latest firmware 10.2010.19-1, but still facing problems with Zoho's active sync.

I updated to the latest firmware 10.2010.19-1, but still facing problems with Zoho's active sync.
Recently I asked Zoho's support for help with this issue and they told me that Zoho supports ActiveSync as indicated here: https://mobilesync.wiki.zoho.com/android.html
When I try to synchronize, the application told me that there would be a communication error with the server.
As I read in the maemo wiki, this issue should be fixed with the latest firmware.
Can I do something about that?
