BTW it seems that M$ change something again on they side. I got connect error message to outlook.com with any EAS protokol settings.
Update. It's ok for now. But i'm just aware of **** up.
More update. Trouble was at M$ side.

I try to setup contact sync from google using this turtorial:

But I get error "sync didn't work can't connect to server".
Any idea why notworking?

Google MfE has been dropped on all platforms except for WP which has been extended till 31/07/13... Are you sure on iOS its using Exchange (or Activesync) and not Google to sync?
Also another caveat is if you set up the account on device before 31/01/13 it will work till-date but all accounts set up on devices after 31/01/13 won't sync
