I think that Apple will respond to this - so it may be that the psystar OpenComp product doesn't last forever - unless they win their monopoly argument.

However, what Apple cannot respond to is you going and buying a leopard compatible PC or set of PC components and building your own. Install the EFI emulator and install Leopard.

A recent Guardian article tried to track down the company, and there's a lot that's shady about them. Although they registered a website in 2000, there has never been anything about them on the web until about two weeks ago. No customer list. Three addresses, one of them them fake, in just the past two days. A lot of unreturned phone calls and emails. I'd hold off on the order for just a bit.
