GURU MEDITATION error, try to remove your MicroSD card, if NITDroid boots, then reboot to maemo, then:

root
leafpad /etc/multiboot.d/11 (then tap the TAB button on the bottom bar on xterminal to auto-complete)

The document should open, change the line:
ITEM_DEVICE:${INT_CARD}p2
to
ITEM_DEVICE:mmcblk0p2

I don't blame ammyt for getting cranky, one second of searching will get you the answers you need.

Get the file here: http://downloads.nitdroid.com/e-yes/

make you sure download the right file, and make sure you put it in the location mentioned in the error message.

To further reduce problems, get the kernel file and the nitdroid n12 image file and place them both in /home/user/MyDocs.

dude i appreciate the hard work pun in by ammyt and all the other people involved and i dont blame him for being cranky too..
annyways u tell me where in the instructions mentioned in previous post has it been mentioned to download these file http://downloads.nitdroid.com/e-yes/

when do i need to download these files?and which ones?no where in the tutorial is it mentioned tht we need to download these files.

I jus followed some simple steps which were:

1.Flash the custom emmc image.
2.Dowwnloaded the deb. file to Mydocs
3.Ran the installation via apt manager.
4.Still had the problem so got kernel_fix.sh.txt in ./MyDocs
5.Even then i got a error,and hav been exactly following wht ammyt says.

So,if u could be kind enough to let me knw wht i didnt do or missed out??

Anyways AMMYT,i am hghly thankful for all ur efforts and time u have put in helping ppl..sorry for pushing u too hard i guess.
I think i should give up installing it as am not able to do it rather m jus pissin ppl off...

Toxic, download this to the root directory of the N900, a.k.a ./MyDocs a.k.a Nokia N900 folder a.k.a the folder that contains sounds videos documents folders a.k.a the folder you see when you plug in the N900 to your PC.

Then REBOOT!!
Then, on multiboot, choose maemo, then:

root
dpkg -i /home/user/MyDocs/nitdroid-kernel-2.6.28-07_6-rc6_armel.deb

reboot
Choose NITDroid

i have been viewing the nitdroid page. i had many questions but i dint have to ask them cause it got answered.u r jst amazing.hats off to u.i installed N12 before the auto installer came and it was fyn with me.will install nitdroid only after N13 shows up.will it be possible to use this auto installer for N13 too? and i had few small questions talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=66459&page=301
