UFO (X-COM) - the first, the second and the third (yes, I loved Apocalypse )
And I know they're playable (somehow) with DOSBox, but I would've wanted a nicer way to make them work.

Anyhow, what about some Heroes of Might and Magic games too? HoMM3? or even, I dare say, 4?

It would be great if Xmoto could be ported, and the Game Maker program, but that's just wishful thinking
