Does openoffice support .xls .ppt files also apart from .doc. in N900

How usable it is i.e. starting speed, speed when inputting data into spreadsheet or documents etc

Is OOo available for N900? I thought there was only a read-only viewer in devel-extras?

Or do you run it in easy debian?

olighak pointed out already:

it is very easy to try it yourself: just install the easy debian package with the standard package manager, like any other package, then you have openoffice.

You get much more precise and faster information through that then through the forum (assuming you have already a N900).
