maybe you could wait a while as it shows that it was published 21 hrs ago...it does take time for it to be available everywhere (if the dev had set it as such).

Does it allow sharing files to the SkyDrive? (the way Dropbox does where you can share photos directly into Dropbox account from the gallery share function).

It's basically a skydrive client available free to download from nokia store :

But it's missing some functionality like accounts integration and direct upload from gallery
