Maemo.org uses Fractional Transfer STV with Droop-Static-Whole threshold (use Options -> Show All Methods to enable it), but the final outcome is the same in this instance.

Thanks lma, wasn't sure, so that's why I ran a few of them. As I just said in #maemo, it's amazing how little difference there is.
