Don't have time to read all your question. Answer: probably no.

The same applies to the guy who said he will enable SR for 950MHz/1GHz - there is just no support for those frequencies, won't work (at least not stable).
it works at 950 Mhz SR enabled. but it changes voltage to 60 even i put 52 in my profile. and it's stable no reboots in 2 days. What are the risks to fry it with SR enabled at 950 MHz and voltage 60?

After using kp50 for 2 days now, i noticed two issues that i didn't have with kp49:
1. when listening to music with someplayer, every 2 minutes there is a small "jump" which is very annoying.
2. Video recording at 1280 resolution is VERY laggy (i'm using it with dsp profile on). Is this a known issue?

Thanks for all the hard work you invest for making this device to what it is.

Video itself, or just a viewfinder during recording? The latter is normal, and it *should* look like this. Be sure to double-check if resulting video really stutters.

i was testing this red light solution..its really almost ideal..too bad i have to edit the 0 to 1 in the file on each reboot..shoud be permanent imo..as one should choose once one of the options for the behaviour of the device and not be forced to go back to default everytime...otherwise works great.

no - i meant for the actual recording - i tried to play the recorded video both on my pc and n900 and it has many jumps that were not before...

Well, if you want help or are trying to help, at least you can do your problem report something like:

"When playing this [placeholder for link to the buggy video] video, I have [placeholder for the problem description] problem. Please find attached my syslog and dmesg output.
My kernel-config is:
[
...
]

I don't have speedpatch and batterypatch installed."

Stating the video resolution of a some random video is not very helpful.

Some process eating your CPU time? The device was not settled by the time you were trying to record the video? HAM doing updates on background?
