Righty,

I've read through the thread - I'm considering Documents to Go.

I know this thread is primarily about going from the trial -> premium version, but if you are using the premium version, could you feedback how you're getting on with it, as opposed to say, using Abiword & Gnumeric-Light, for example?

Is it worth the $9.99 ??

Nate.

DTG opens very quickly, a fact I appreciate as I tend to edit my spreadsheets on the fly at work.

Previously used Gnumeric thru Easy Debian. Very workable and feature-rich, but does take longer to get open.

OK, so from that perspective, looks like a good use of $9.99

Any feedback on the other apps that form the Docs to Go suite?

Cheers,

Nate.

Dataviz doesn't like non-US IPs.
Using a proxy enabled me to add the upgrade to my cart, but I get the below error message when i checkout. changed my address to my US mailbox but still no luck.
I logged in to their forums with no luck, my post is still pending approval and they don't offer any support email.
This just changed my initial impression about the company.

Our apologies, an error occurred while your order was being saved.

An error occurred while analyzing your country for compliance with US Export Laws (2). If you feel this is an error please contact DataViz.

If you need to contact DataViz, click here for information.

UPDATE:

Just managed to get it to work,
You'll need a us proxy to add the item to your cart, and then revert back to your normal proxy settings to checkout.

I still can't manage to install from the OVI Store. It says:

Unable to install 'Documents To Go'
Application packages missing: libqtm-systeminfo

Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Install rootsh if you haven't.

In xterm do the following command:

Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install libqtm-systeminfo
After that try install Docs to go.

Hi folks, (or DataViz support...)

i´ve been testing this software Documents to go premium trial, but to my astonishment i cant multiplicate to numbers?? I get a "circular reference" error "Action abort". But it works if I set the formula in my PC and open it in the n900.

Tried both marking the cells and writing them, ( for example: =D4*G2) same error......

Any one else who got this error or is there another way to "solve", (get around the problem....) it?

thanx

Same problem here, but different missing package. I'm missing libqt4-translations. I already did the apt-get but to no avail... Any help?
